The Team

0151 366 2008 is created by an intrepid team of photographers, a journalist and designer, all of whom share a passion about Liverpool. Once the fireworks have faded and the closing parties have been cleaned up, the photos and words will be pulled together in a book which encapsulates the Capital of Culture year. It will include photos from every day of 2008, plus interviews and excerpts from some of the characters who’ve cropped up along the way, and will be published by Cities500, who have published a number of books about Liverpool.

All of the 0151 366 2008 team work on a voluntary basis; the photos are chosen on the basis of advice, information and the odd moment of inspiration from friends, supporters and those in the know, and their own desire to pull together as broad as possible a range of people, places and events from the 2008 calendar. The voluntary nature of the project inevitably means that not every event and occasion can be covered, but if you know something’s happening that you think 0151 should cover, please contact by and we’ll do our best to get one of the team there.
